No traditional guest list required, no traditional timeline necessary, just a plan that fits the kind of wedding you're excited about.
Whether you want a planner involved from the very first decision or prefer to have someone step in and plan an incredible honeymoon for you, there's a way for us to work together. From full-service planning to micro weddings and elopements, every package is built around how much support you want.
We know better than anyone that there’s nuance (and lots of personal preference) when it comes to wedding planning and design. Some couples want a planner from the very first "yes." Others just need some partial planning support. Either way, we meet you where you are and deliver what you need. Here's how we can work together.
-Kenna
“[Katie] was diligent and detail-oriented, always making sure to ask important questions that we hadn’t even thought of ourselves.”
Before Katie was a wedding planner, she spent 10+ years in project management, client relations, and business operations. That background means your wedding isn't the first complex, high-stakes project we’ve ever run, it's simply the most joyful one.

Planning with us doesn't feel transactional. We'll use tools to keep everything organized and on track, but the actual experience is personal: conversations, check-ins, and a flexible process that adjusts to how you two work.
2
We manage every vendor conversation, contract detail, and logistics question so you're never stuck relaying messages or chasing down answers. You receive updates when it matters, without the overwhelming inbox overload.
3
It's not just the big decisions, it's the timeline buffer nobody planned for, the backup plan nobody mentioned, the small logistics that quietly make or break a wedding day. We notice and solve those details before they become problems.
4
Wedding planning gets emotional, especially when family expectations enter the picture. We’re not just managing a checklist. We’re the team who reminds you it's okay to want what you want, and backs you up when you need it.

We'll start with a 30-minute consultation call to get to know each other; it's a two-way conversation. If you're drawn to non-traditional, experience-driven weddings and value real guidance, you'll probably love working with us.
Then we're a great fit. Whether that means skipping a few traditions or building your day completely from scratch, giving you a wedding that's actually authentic to you is the whole point.
The earlier, the better, especially for full-service planning. But reach out even if your timeline is tight, and we’ll let you know right up front if it's workable.
Not at all, though it's our specialty. We plan everything from intimate elopements to full wedding weekends, all custom to the couple.
Full-service means we’re with you from the very first decision. Partial planning is for couples who already have a venue and some vendors locked in and need someone to take over from there.
No, and that's intentional. We only take on full-service or partial-service planning, because we’re not willing to be responsible for executing a wedding we didn't help plan to our own standards.
Definitely. A lot of couples start without a clear vision, and that's exactly what the design process is for. We'll figure it out together.
Yes, always. We’re on-site for the full day (or full weekend, for multi-day celebrations) handling logistics and putting out any fires so you never have to.
